Position Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support in the execution of the Regional Director’s business plan. The Regional Director’s primary focus is to grow the region both through hiring new consultants and providing support to consultants to expand their own practices. 

Duties

  • Communicate key information to the region on an on-going basis
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting
  • Manage region accounting
  • Coordinate up to thirty-six events annually, including organizing various special guest speakers, venues, and helping run client marketing focused events and consultant educational events
  • Assist with recruiting and training initiatives when necessary to support the management team
  • Assist with the coordination of tier 3 support with and for consultants
  • Other administrative tasks as directed by the Regional Director

Qualifications

  • One year experience in a similar capacity assisting a director is considered an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Able to maintain focus and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and high client service commitment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with MS Windows-based computer applications

Position Specifics:  Permanent Full Time (40 hours/week)
