The Administrative Assistant Opportunity with IG Wealth Management

As a Financial Advisor’s Assistant you will join one of our IG Wealth Management practices in the North York area. You will be responsible for providing complete administrative support in the execution of the IG Management business plan while operating in a fast-paced, confidential, multi-tasking environment. You must be self-motivated, highly organized individual with an ease for communication and passion for excellence in the client service and satisfaction. Here is a glimpse into a day-in-the-life-of an Assistant

You will provide full administrative support to two Financial Advisors, including but not limited to the following:

  • Processing/reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts
  • Preparing and maintaining client files, paperwork and meeting notes
  • Managing/updating client databases
  • Regulatory/compliance tracking and follow-up

  • Teamwork: Follows direction well, work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to enhance company’s effectiveness; ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary
  • Organization: Excellent time management skills; excellent attention to detail; the capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency; ability to develop a work schedule, and ability to make clear and timely decisions, to work independently
